A Simple Cup of Coffee
One of the things I love about photography is that it forces you to be aware of your surroundings. Ever since picking up the camera again, I have found myself more tuned into the small, but beautiful details that make up life.
This morning, as I walked to my favorite coffee shop, I decided to bring along my camera to see what I might capture. It turns out, there is so much beauty that goes into the simple process of making a cup of coffee. Wouldn't you agree?

Not sure what your gorgeous pictures make me want more...a cup of coffee or more time behind the camera! Love your blog and have been following for awhile, but this is my first time commenting
Beauty in simplicity. So lovely! (and now I'm off to brew a cup or two..)
Christine.... I love coffee shops! They have so many lens capturing sights.
I home roast my own coffee but I still love to go to a coffee shop and take in the splendor.
Cheers~Ivy

Here is where I admit that I was actually in Michigan for the past few weeks! My husband was traveling for work, so I spent that time with my parents.
