I tried to be good this weekend, I really did. But then there was the homemade ice cream vendor (check out those crazy flavors) and the bakery stand... the crepe ladies whipping up fresh crepes and the cupcake tower... the farm fresh cheese stall and the other bakery stand. Oh my...I am afraid that I failed at all attempts at goodness.
Our farmer's market is not a good place for the weak willed, to be sure! But it sure makes for a finger-lickin' good weekend! All those treats gave me the energy to start my
new quilting project...which I will show you tomorrow! How was your weekend?

had a great weekend!! I was weak too...eating pretty much everything I saw. I had an almond croissant this morning (one of my many weaknesses) and some amazing asparagus risotto on Saturday...so creamy and delicious.
I just keep telling myself 'we only live once!' That's my new rationalization for everything. :)
Vegan espresso brownie ice cream?! That sounds lush! My weekend was also fraught with foodie distraction - I made 3 visits to friends on Sunday, and each one had cake - delicious, but not great for the diet! You're so lucky to have a great farmer's market near you...ours is a bit pants :(
those eggs are so beautiful. i can't wait for my neighborhood farmer's market to start back up.
