Crocheting in the Raw

Remember way back in February when I told you I was learning to crochet. Well, I have come a long way baby! I have finished my 49 squares, put all of my borders on and am now moving to the final steps. I need to attach all of the squares and sew a border around the whole blanket. I am so excited to see the finished product that I am working on it every night while watching True Blood and In Treatment episodes. I am keeping all of my squares and yarn in my NEW basket from the lovely and oh-so-talented Maya. I treated myself to this basket at the Squam Craft Fair and I just LOVE it.
Today's burst of crochet energy is sponsored by the following fabulous raw menu:

Day Two:

Breakfast
Banana, Strawberry and Almond Butter Smoothie

Lunch:
Mixed Green Salad with Avocado and Grapefruit

Dinner:
Red Pepper Curry Soup

Snack:
Coconut Cream Pie LÄRABAR (the best thing EVER!)

Your yarn looks very happy in its new home! Thanks for your sweet words. Can't wait to see it put together. The colors are delicious.
